This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products purchased from rinsingankle.world, request refunds, or arrange exchanges. This policy applies to all recovery kits including the Dawn Reset Sequence, Midday Mobility Flow, and Evening Restore Bundle, and is designed to comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 of New Zealand.

1. Our Commitment

Rinsingankle stands behind the quality of every recovery kit we ship from our Belmont studio. Each kit is carefully assembled and inspected before dispatch to ensure all included materials — printed rhythm guides, resistance tools, foam rollers, journals, and accessory items — meet our quality standards. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not match the product listing on our recovery products page, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under New Zealand consumer law.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a recovery kit purchase, you may return the product within fourteen days of delivery, provided the kit is unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original packaging with all included items present. Change of mind returns are accepted at our discretion for the Dawn Reset Sequence ($54.00 NZD), Midday Mobility Flow ($42.00 NZD), and Evening Restore Bundle ($78.00 NZD). A restocking fee of ten percent may apply to change of mind returns to cover handling and inspection costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

2.2 Faulty or Damaged Products

If your recovery kit arrives damaged, contains missing items, or has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a return, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please contact Rinsingankle within seven days of receiving your order with photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange return shipping at our expense and process your replacement or refund within five business days of receiving the returned item.

2.3 Not as Described

If the recovery kit you receive does not match the description on rinsingankle.world — for example, if incorrect guide materials are included or the kit contents differ from the product listing — you may return the product for a full refund including shipping costs. Contact us within fourteen days of delivery to initiate a return under this provision.

Please provide your order confirmation details, the product name, reason for return, and photographs if the item is damaged or defective. Our team will review your request and respond within two business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address at our Belmont studio. Do not send products back without receiving return authorisation, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

For returns due to fault, damage, or incorrect items, Rinsingankle will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned product. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns, as Rinsingankle cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping. Return packages should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit, using the original packaging where possible.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned recovery kit, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within five business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you paid by bank transfer, refunds will be issued to the same bank account used for the original payment. Partial refunds may be issued if returned kits are missing items or show signs of use beyond inspection.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your recovery kit for a different product — for example, swapping the Dawn Reset Sequence for the Evening Restore Bundle — contact Rinsingankle within fourteen days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement kit has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly. Exchange shipping costs for change of mind requests are the responsibility of the customer, while faulty product exchanges are shipped at no additional cost.

8. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

As a New Zealand consumer purchasing recovery kits from Rinsingankle, you are protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This legislation guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, fit for their disclosed purpose, match their description, and are delivered within a reasonable timeframe. If a recovery kit fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy which may include repair, replacement, or refund. These statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited by this Return Policy or any other agreement. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

9. Warranty

Physical items included in Rinsingankle recovery kits, such as resistance bands, foam rollers, and printed guides, are covered by a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or consumable items such as lavender sachets beyond their intended lifespan. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and a description of the defect. We will repair, replace, or refund the defective item at our discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with how Rinsingankle has handled your return or refund request, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand for claims up to thirty thousand dollars, or seek advice from Consumer Protection New Zealand. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all customer concerns regarding our recovery products and services.
